Weekly training

 

For weekly one-on-one training with your mentor, you can expect to cover a variety of topics: sales talk, cycle of selling, public relations, what-if scenarios, safety, and more.

 
 

CYCLE OF SELLING & SALES TALK

For technical prep, your mentor will teach you the Cycle of Selling – basically the entire process from introducing yourself to Mrs. Jones to collecting referrals from her.

With this, you will also memorize our Sales Presentation (or Sales Talk), so you know exactly what to say to Mrs. Jones and can focus on listening to her family’s needs.

 

WHAT-IF SCENARIOS

To prepare you emotionally for the summer ahead, your mentor will walk you through different what-if scenarios. For example: What if your car breaks down? What if a customer cancels? What if your first few days don’t go as well as you expect?

These are all important situations to think through. Everything happens twice – once in our head, once in real life.
